My work process for a commission:
1 - Briefing session with the client about the commission;
2 - Presentation of the initial draft/sketch;
3 - Address any revisions needed;
4 - Presentation of the line art;
5 - Address any revisions needed;
6 - Presentation of the flat colors;
7 - Address any revisions needed;
8 - Presentation of the final piece;
9 - If necessary, address final revisions and deliver the final piece.
Delivery time varies on the amount of revisions required and how complex they are.
