• Prepare and present reports, communications and quality assurance training materials, providing recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results
• Recommend new products and provide guidance and expertise in their development
• Lead the design, development, and integration of quality assurance and metrics architecture roadmaps/systems
• Design and execute performance tests and make suggestions for ways to improve quality
• Has in-depth knowledge of QA and metrics architecture processes and strategies.
• Solve complex, non-routine problems and determine the best solution through cost/benefit analysis
• Determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments by working with other teams as a lead and/or member
• Create formal networks involving coordination among groups
• Contribute to the achievement of QA and Metrics Architecture objectives
• Work on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles
