My name is Shannon Lei L. Tagab. I'm 24 years old and currently residing at Calamba Misamis Occidental Philippines. I've graduated Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education Major in English year 2018. I've worked before as an ESL teacher to Japanese students online. It help me to participate in training and gained experienced in teaching students virtually. After that, I became a call center agent for more than 3 years in a BPO company handling chats and calls where I enhanced my knowledge in English communication skills.
