The JetBlue Airways AUS Terminal was excellent. It was quite easy to check in, and the personnel were very helpful and polite. The station itself felt spacious, well-kept, and inviting, with many places to sit and charge. While I waited, I was grateful for the quick and free WiFi. The entire process was easy and stress-free, with speedy boarding. All in all, a great option for anyone visiting Austin by air!
