Responsible for Training New Hire Candidates for all Department and Position Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with other departments. Develop training manuals that target tangible results. Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs. Implement Effective and purposeful training methods Effectively manage the training budget and Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance. Continuously assesses, improves, and streamlines departmental procedures to optimize performance. Responsible for Administrative and Site operations such as, but not limited to: Amenities and Service payments, Upkeep and Housekeeping, Coordination of company activities, Monitoring and upkeep of company assets, ensuring ample supply of company perishables are always on hand, enforcing industry standards regarding employee health and safety. Maintain an up-to-date record of all company-related expenses as it relates to payments that are relevant to the Facilities department. Ensure all purchases are in line with the standard Three (3) vendor policy/proposal Display comprehensive knowledge of all contractual agreements related to the site or its extended facilities. Leads develop, and mentors staff to reach the highest potential while demonstrating service excellence. Upholds all areas of company policies, procedures, operational integrity, and compliance with regulations governing international BPO practices. Continuously seek out new best practices to improve the structure of any initiative or project being implemented or supported.
