Surya here, I am working as support/helpdesk. I have two years of experience. While in this two years of experience I have provided my services to the organisation, where you can see some portfolio down. While in this role I was responsible of handling phone calls, emails, coordinate with customer about the issues, solve their issues by coordinating with the managers, data entry into database system, handle social media queries, provide product details to the customer.
