About
My name is Svetozara Cherkezova. I am in my fourth year of English and American studies at Sofia University. I usually take an interdisciplinary approach to studying-the subject of Stylistics is a literary discipline, but is connected to my class of General Linguistics. I am interested in Translation and the way Psychology, Sociology and History intertwine with philology studies. At university, we study Psychological linguistics. Sociological research has been included in the American society and culture course (David Riesman- The Lonely Crowd). During our Romanticism course we studied the history of the French Revolution and how it is connected to the Romantic poets. I was a translator of articles on pop culture at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. I have also developed an interest in creative writing and teaching.
