- Surface GEMBA mechanism gaps and SOP/Document requirements to the ACES leadership team.
- Responsible for meeting the GEMBA intake review timelines and quality of issues submitted after the review.
- Provide regular feedback to GEMBA issue stakeholders, close the feedback loop.
