I answer customer phone calls and transfer them to whoever they are needing to talk with. I keep and organize files for the whole office, and I clear out files that are no longer necessary for the business to keep. I send invoices to clients and help them pay their account balances. I do general receptionist duties and keep the office clean and organized. I did the showings for Suzanne’s rental properties and listed them for her as needed. I used a lot of different software such as Sage, Quickbooks, and Excel. I used the software mostly to reconcile accounts, but also to do other various accounting tasks.
