We are vetting onboarding documents for new dealers coming onboard. Buying inventory pins from different phone companies and activating them so dealers could buy them through our website. Collecting resale certificates from all the dealers through Avalara and checking Avalara’s work to ensure they approve the correct resale certificates. Every morning, get the Returns report from the bank, see who’s bounced for an invoice, suspend those accounts through our website, emailing the third party and the dealers to let them know that they bounced for an invoice and that we need to collect through ACH, CASH or WIRE. Imported invoices and inventory into NetSuite, applied deposits, and received payments into NetSuite.
