• Responsible to look after the overall management & technical supervision of the construction.
• Project Management: Responsible for the overall Project Management control under the responsibility as the Resident Engineer.
• Involved organizing & participating the meeting and enforcement of the minutes for the project concerning matter as per the client contractor relationship.
• Prepared project report as weekly and monthly to submit the client.
• Prepared the construction schedule and discuss it with the sub-contractor for the progress of works.
• Checked the Quantity variance; contractors claimed with respect to the contract document.
• Update the project cost with respect to the progress. Final Bill Verification, as built drawing as well as operation manual and preparation of final report.
• Assist the Project Manager and Design Leaders in the preparation of various reports and timely completion of the study.
• Involvement of more than 5 Hydropower Project and Completed 3 Hydropower Project from last 12 Yrs.
