• Well versed with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Good understanding of various visas
• Thorough understanding of various IT terminologies.
• Implemented business plans & strategies in coordination with plans of organization.
• Initiated and oriented new teams (Strategic Business Development, Sales Support Team)
• Identification and discussion for new business associations.
• Done business development activities on the pipeline at various stages of the business cycle.
• Follow- ups with client.
• Concerned with Recruiting team for candidates etc.
• Responsible for managing and enhancing his existing Client relationships
• Strategic planning in developing new clients, new strategies and its implementation.
• Prioritize requirements and ensure optimum utilization of resourcing team, Willingness to
