Currently works as a project and design engineer with technovision Energy pvt ltd in Pune, my current duties include
•Prepared detailed CAD drawings, product design & development, validation, testing, operational records, documentation, equipment datasheet, as per client’s format for purchase specification (PS) and functional specification (FS), bill of material for procurement and production, electrical cable schedule, load calculations, heat calculation, load study, load backup calculation, power quality analysis, load analysis and detailed engineering related projects.
• Performed various aspects of electrical estimations for bidding, including single line design, components selection, bill of quantities, develop material and scope RFQs, assembly, testing and prepare technical proposal.
• Supported the full project life cycle by working closely with engineering, production, testing and site teams. Assist in the supervision, scheduling and checking of work of project team members and work closely with other disciplines and multidiscipline project.
• Improve product quality and production efficiency, rout cause analysis validation and devolvement & implementation of power solution products.
• Successfully delivered design and assembly of LV solar system upgradation and artificial lift detailed engineering project. AC and DC distribution, motor control, PLC controlled alternator charger panels, solar charge controller panel, EDG charger panels, industrial FC, FCBC battery charger panel, instrumentation and communications systems. suitable for industrial applications, substations, steel plants as well as hazardous area applications in O&G offshore marine platforms, petrochemical plants and refineries
