Remote, Volunteer, 10-20 hours per month
The Co-intelligence Institute is seeking a skilled volunteer board treasurer who wants to help bring wise democracy to greater life in the world by supporting the organization through the treasurer role. The Co-Intelligence Institute is a grassroots non-profit promoting innovations in collective wisdom, co-creativity, and collaborative governance.

Tasks include (but not limited to):
Oversee CII’s financial administration
Work with bookkeepers
Generate timely financial reports (balance sheets, cash flow..)
Manage federal and state filings
Confirm donations for tax purposes
Create and maintain annual budget
(ideally) Track volunteer time
To be considered, a candidate will be able to fulfill the above tasks and have the following capacities:
Familiarity with Quickbooks
High standards and integrity
Work well with CII governance team (Note that CII doesn’t have an ED or CEO: We use co-creative processes within a core team to provide core executive capacity and project leadership for CII).
