The WICCI NAC Community Team is looking for a new female Work from Anywhere crew member who will help Discord's WICCI NAC Community team on projects, including managing and engaging with our Discord Community servers! Reporting to our Senior Community Manager, you'll play an important role in the improvement and expansion of our Community programs by turning data into relevant insights that impact both our team and our superfans.
What you'll be doing
ï‚·Manage the WICCI NAC Discord servers for our established Community programs.
ï‚·Celebrate and surface the important feedback and incredible stories that come from our community
ï‚·Shape the future of how we build trust and growth in new Community segments, such as working with college students and young entrepreneurs.
ï‚·Manage on-brand Community events and activations throughout the year
ï‚·Help establish how Discord engages with our superfans at scale
ï‚·Lead experiments that help scale our community programs and their impact
ï‚·Report on the health of our community servers, and make recommendations for improvement
ï‚·Always promote optimization of process, tools, and teams for best program output
ï‚·Implement new technologies to improve our Discord's community programs performance
ï‚·Set and track program performance goals through data measurement tools and dashboards
What you should have
ï‚·2+ years of experience in Community Management
ï‚·Degree in Communications or other related fields
ï‚·Track record managing large, external brand communities
ï‚·Experience with Content Strategy
ï‚·Experience promoting meaningful relationships through community programs
ï‚·Experience presenting complex data stories to channel owners and team members
ï‚·Can create recommendations and implement new experiments to improve goals
ï‚·Demonstrate the ability to understand important performance drivers against findings
ï‚·Experience using Discord

ï‚·Built a Discord server from scratch, for professional or personal needs
ï‚·Understands the best Discord server moderation and community practices
ï‚·Prior Aviation background & experience.
ï‚·Experience using ZenDesk, Chartio, SendGrid, or Hubspot

ï‚·Knowledge of online communities from platforms including Twitch, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit
