Duration: This is a voluntary position available for a period of 12 months.
The purpose of our Advisory Board is to help Hapa Resources (HR) gain new insights and advice to innovate solutions to identified problems or explore new development opportunities by stimulating robust, high-quality conversations. Your role is to provide us with current knowledge, critical thinking and analysis to increase the confidence of the decision makers who represent the HR.
Engage in facilitation of Advisory Board planning and meetings;
Evaluate existing Advisory Board structures for effectiveness and best practice;
Establish new Advisory Board structures whenever required; Contribute to Advisory Board outcomes through value driven insights and advice; and
Provide mentorship to the business owner or executive
Support the development of business strategies, Planning, fund-raising and community relations.
Create programs and policies.
