Venue Communication: (majority of time here)
-Research for local venues in community for upcoming event
-Work with Advocacy team to organize appropriate venues, planning, and any additional logistical operations related to the upcoming event
-Communicating with the event venue
-Communicating with the storage space
-Communicating with sorting space
Logistics: *note* if candidate has less time available - HSA can take these tasks
-Creating venue lay out (site map) with collaboration from HSA
-Creating packing list
-Event day lead for set up/take down
