We seek a remote volunteer administrative assistant to join our core team in support of our internal organization, programs and projects. As a core team, we collectively provide executive capacity and project leadership for CII. We share administrative tasks, and look forward to having additional support.
Expected Hours / Week: 5-20 (flexible, according to your schedule)
Location: Remote
Compensation: Volunteer

Tasks Include (but not limited to):
Admin support for monthly community calls and Eventbrite events
Monthly newsletter prep and support
Website updates
Calendar event creation and tracking
Simple video editing
Tracking meetings (notes, agendas, action items, etc..)
Fulfillment support (card decks/books/etc...)
Joining our weekly calls (Fridays, at 10am Pacific)
Familiarity with Google Docs, Eventbrite, Squarespace, Video Editing Software & Newsletter Platforms is a plus.
Additional Project Support

grant-writing / editing
Ongoing program & project management
treasury and finances support
marketing / copy-writing
video and social media support
deep diversity: organizational and network practices for liberation, regeneration, justice now and for future generations
