5 to 10 hrs/wk *potentially paid position* Start: ASAP Minimum Length: 1 year -Work closely with entrepreneurs for event/project-specific tasks Current Timeline 1. Oct to December: e-commerce work with entrepreneurs to help gather product/art photos, write product/art descriptions and any additional content for their profiles on the e-commerce website 2. Feb to May: Cardboard Project 4.0 - Assist Advocacy Lead in organizing the 30 entrepreneurs featured for CP 4.0 - Help ideate the structure of the event, with understanding of our entrepreneurs business needs (marketing, selling, story-telling) 3. March to June: Workshops - Prepping entrepreneurs for workshops with all of the info needed for student projects (ie discuss what entrepreneurs are looking to learn/collaborate on, and gather information needed to execute this) - Be a point of contact with Advocacy Lead for meeting at workshops, and leading up to workshops 4. June to August: Exhibition - Gathering all of the info to prep booths for entrepreneurs - Working with entrepreneurs to ensure that they benefit to their highest potential at the exhibition

We are a non-profit organization building an infrastructure to develop, manufacture, distribute and operate remote-controlled ventilators and oxygen concentrators that will also gather high-resolution treatment data for scientific research and treatment optimization. We are now in need of funding to cover our organizational and prototyping costs and want to create a platform. We, therefore, are looking for a volunteer with experience in social media management and brand development so as to raise awareness in the community of our product and also of the global necessity of it. This task demands for somebody with integrity and awareness to the serious nature of the situation and the task. We have already started identifying markets, possible content and strategies but we need somebody direct experience to tie our strategy together manage it's execution. We are in need of Public Relations Assistants to join our PR Committee! Primary Responsibilities include: -Help cultivate HNC's story to portray and build our brand and awareness. -Possess strong writing as well as verbal skills to help develop and manage a wide variety of communications, campaigns, and events via our various platforms. -Assist with the development of new initiatives that focus on proactive media placement through print and online press releases and with a variety of media channels from podcasts to television/radio. -Work with the Event Team to successfully promote, coordinate and execute the organization's fundraising efforts. -Demonstrated initiative and drive; ability to work on tight deadlines while exhibiting flexibility and efficient time management. -Creativity and positive energy a must!
