#ONEWORLD - Online Volunteering

Design & Creative Volunteer Project

In our world, humans have been living reckless and ego-driven lives. This careless behavior has led to the destruction of their own habitats, resulting in a tragedy for themselves and all living things. At the end of 2019, a unicellular and almost invisible organism, the Covid-19, made its first appearance, teaching us many things. The most important, perhaps, is that we are all sharing this #OneWorld Here at TGG Foundation, we understand that our problems are global, as are the solutions. It is time to build a new world with Responsible Humans and therefore we are initiating #ONEWORLD, a global program to make the world a better place to live. #ONEWORLD is intended for all those who believe that personal growth must go hand in hand with the development of a sustainable life for all and to those who wish to be part of a global family who stands together to create better opportunities to address our challenges. “A Journey of a Thousand Kilometers Begins with a Single Step” If you want to be part of the change by becoming an Online Volunteer, you can help us in the following activities: 1. Assist Project Heads in Managing their Project Based on your Expertise 2. Copywriting and Content Creation for Social Media Promotion 3. Video Editing, Voice Over, and Scripting We prefer a minimum online volunteering period of 6 months and a dedicated engagement of 8 hours a week to complete one activity successfully. Certificates of Participation are issued to Online Volunteers who have successfully completed one of the above-mentioned activities, contributed to network building through the impact of self-transformation, and supported the fundraising for the TGG’s Center for Sustainable Development. PLEASE NOTE: Participation in any of the activities of the TGG Foundation is subsequent to the submission of the RHM Registration Form and obtainment of a one-time registration number by paying a onetime registration fee of $10. Please make sure you are in perfect alignment with the ethos of TGG Foundation by reading its code of practice. INTERESTED PARTICIPANTS can fill this google form and submit for prompt response: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc1DyD2rqSjjgAv-EbYT6E_h_1bwQMbN27pky5p9mT8w4FxOQ/viewform

StayRunning visual designers will help transform written content to easy to use and understand handouts based on running health and safety. We have research collected as well as contacts with local Seattle physical therapists who will review the information. The graphic design will be largely open-ended, it may be used in our online blog, in an online educational event, or distributed as an information pamphlet. Content will generally be based around running safety and best practices with an audience of new and current runners. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions :)

Marketing & Sales Volunteer Project
Our small community-based, highly innovative nonprofit seeks a Volunteer Social Media Coordinator - simply to engage our main service beneficiaries (Educators & Researchers) as well as enthuse our main supporters (Material Donors & Funding Partners). This will be to support our basic presence on all major social media platforms at a limited level. Primarily via LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, as well as occasionally on YouTube. And also to respond to general inquiries and comments on posts, as appropriate. Additionally sending our infrequent email announcements via MailChimp. No high-end experience or skills are required. We're simply looking for someone who is inspired by our mission to support and promote hands-on laboratory-based STEM education as well as academic scientific research efforts. And who is energetic and enthusiastic to champion our cause, engage our followers and expand our audiences. Hours are totally flexible and the efforts can be performed remotely from any location. We're a very friendly, fun group and this opportunity provides a low-stress way to further develop your skills and experience, to leverage in finding other employment opportunities.

MCAT 101 is a new platform designed to engage students in the process of their prep and encourage them to learn from each other and have fun! Students often spend hundreds and thousands of dollars during this time when these resources could be provided for free and learned from one another. Here at MCAT 101, we are trying to create an organization to provide free tutoring services and resources for students. You do not have to be interested in the MCAT at all to even help though! If you are interested in any volunteer/internship opportunities for the fall, we have a place for you. Some opportunities may be in our premed blog, running our account as a student support team, answering any science questions students may have, coding our website, or even developing our team further through business. We have a startup style culture in a great fast-paced team and are looking for passionate people that want to make an impact. Come join us! If you are interested, please send a resume and paragraph of interest at mcat101help@gmail.com
Come work with us in Norway!

Design & Creative Volunteer Project
Just to make things 100% clear I wanted to explain to you a little about LD. We were founded in 2019 and are around 4-5 full-time employees. Work both locally, national and international with audiovisual content productions (including design, webpage, app, film, photography, etc). In addition to that, we work with strategic development, start-up acceleration, and also are starting to have a finger in the game regarding local architectural projects. Last but not least we are very engaged in local community projects, among them, being organizing ocean clean-up projects, community dinners, and hosting Ålesund Film School for children. On top off all this we of course have a own coffee and vintage clothing store in the front section of our studio. You can read more about us and our projects at www.ld.studio Enough about us. We are excited to hopefully soon have some of you onboard soon. We have decided that we would love to invite 2-3 long-term volunteers to come and stay with us.  WE WILL PROVIDE Travel costs to/from Ålesund, Norwayfood and accommodation (a 3-room apartment for all the volunteers)Free use of an electrical car (provided you have an international driving license)Excursions/Trips here in the region and generally in Norway Bonus salary for working extra hoursAlso, we will take care of work-visa, workers' insurances and obviously a volunteer contract. It is very important for us that volunteers come here to seek creative development and have a personal drive to develop projects/concepts long-term. WE DO NOT look for people that are only wanting to use this as an opportunity to "see" Norway. (Don't worry, there will be plenty of that time to do that too). The minimum period for a volunteer stay will be 3 months, but WE WILL prioritize people that intend to stay longer. In any circumstance, volunteers need to inform about departure 1 month ahead of when leaving. We have organized the volunteer apartment from 1st of august, and we are therefor also looking out for people that would like to arrive by then or shortly after. More about the work generally. Volunteers will be working an average of 6 hours (5 days a week), but work hours can and will be very flexible. Volunteers are of course happily welcome to always use our studio (which is equipped with several Imac/MacBooks, coffee bar, meeting rooms,  podcast studio, photo/film studio, photo/film equipment, tattoo equipment, painting equipment, workshop with welding, ceramics, generally building). Specifically, we are looking to fill the following areas in the volunteers:   1) videographer/animator 2) cafe helper/SoMe manager/event organizer/all-around helper 3) graphical designer/project manager
