About

I’m an artist and entrepreneur, which has led to me to undertake many different ventures and wear many hats. While still a student in high school, I developed an obsessive passion for music, and went on to write and record my own songs, and start my own record label. My music studies in college opened the door to an interest in economics, and I put the skills I learned in business school into practice, writing out a business plan for my second album release. I built my own websites, organized events, learned the ins and outs of advertising and marketing. I designed art work for posters and music releases, and learned about planning and music publishing through direct practice. I am now pursuing my music career in Los Angeles, and looking for opportunities to put my skills to service for valuable causes and ideas.

In my business development role for ionblade.com, I maintained relationships with a growing pool of about 500 clients, and assisted with the onboarding of new clients. Tasks varied from WordPress website migrations, to HTTPS redirect configuration, with a pitstop setting up rDNS. I managed several website redesign projects, from Magento based, to Opencart, working with clients to determine their wishes, and working with our developers to make it happen, even doing it myself when feasible. I was responsible for domain management, and setup and completed several hundred domain transfers, helping clients consolidate their web presence to a single source.

Consulted with small businesses in France, Quebec, and the US over the phone to ensure they have the correct resources necessary for success on the internet. Day to day tasks included setup and troubleshooting for DNS, cPanel and/or Plesk, and WordPress websites. I also assisted GoDaddy customers with marketing and online presence consultations, billing reconciliations, and product renewal negotiations. Achievements include being top in customer service survey scores for June 2017, assisting the French team to win several team sales contests in the GoDaddy multilingual department, and negotiating the sale of three premium domains generating over $10k in revenue alone.
