I have followed two simultaneously career paths in my life and am proud of the degree of knowledge and experience I acquired in them both.
I have a resume filled with 15+ years of Sales, Customer Service, Marketing experience and about 8 years of Sales Management experience. When it comes to sales and customer service I have done it all! From inbound to outbound sales, direct(Door to Door), Telemarketing/Cold Calling, B2B, and Retail Sales.
As far as my managerial experience is concerned, I have vast experience training and maintaining a successful sales team by focusing customer service driven, rapport building sales techniques.
While pursuing my career in Sales Management, I was a founding member, and Lead Singer and Guitarist, in a band that opened for Vince Neil of Motley Crue, The Roots,(Grammy winning Hip Hop group and Jimmy Fallon's show band) Immortal Technique, and was managed at 14 by the late Bassist of the Baltimore Band, SR-71, famous for "Right Now" single that was everywhere on the radio and MTV's TRL regularly.
After the band split, I used the 13 years if audio engineering, music production, and songwriting experience to start my own production company, Noises and Voices Beats.
I owe so much of my success in sales and marketing to the 13 years I spent marketing our band to production companies, labels, promo companies, potential fans, etc.
I utilized targeted social media/internet AD campaigns that I designed myself in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and countless other methods that made us sell out almost every show we headlined.
I am currently looking for FT Remote Sales/Customer Service work while also offering Custom Audio Production services such as Beag Production, Songwriting assistance, Male Vocal Features,(You can hear my voice on iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, etc ) and/or Mixing/Mastering Services.
