I’ve worked in call center for 6 months dealing with DME (Durable Medical Equipment) selling Braces for pain and Saliva Test Kit for performing a Cancer Screening Test. I was doing very fine there and realized I had good communication skills. I could talk for hours on the phone without getting tired. I could convince clients to buy the products from us. I also worked at Tribe Consultants for about 2 months as a customer support specialist. Customers used to be very upset while talking. I used to help the customers and took the call gracefully.
