Sales & Customer Management: • Yearly target setting with right conveying includes self-assessment & team evaluation criterions. • Collect all the new requirement from customer and prepare the solution with the team. • Perform Presales support role during in the RFP stage. • Awareness in telecommunication industry of Omobio Communications’ presence and global footprint, supportive workshops and knowledge sharing along with continuous discussions with regulators on technology future and evolution. • Maintain regular communication & relationship with Top level customer. • Formulating business strategies and supervising product positioning & pricing. • Resolution of differences among different entities supporting operation in Bangladesh, process generation on legislative issues & mentoring Program Management: • Responsible for Program Management of Bangladesh Account for entire client base. • Shall manage customer expectations and escalations Develop full-scale program plans and associated communications documents. • Reviews project plans for conformance to program strategy and program plan and schedule • Acts as the communications conduit to executive sponsors and program steering committee and conducts periodic briefings/status updates • Controller of Schedule, Risk. Project governance & Quality assurance. • Provide direction and support to project team. • Management POC as local representative in Bangladesh • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. • Project evaluations and assessment.
