After a period of time I then moved onto the operations department and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. This role consists of formulating design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures, set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, establish policies that promote company culture and vision and oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives.
