I see myself as a self-sufficient, confident, vibrant, and charismatic individual, with a passion for socializing, cooking, baking, and playing chess. I was employed at Soldiers Group as a General Manager for Staffing prior to their closure in March 2021 due to Covid-19. I am also a freelancer and virtual assistant on a part time basis. I would be keen on any virtual assistant positions that allow me to work full time from home or remotely making use of my resources as I have a passion for interacting with people. One of my career highlights was receiving an award for being one of the Top 40 Women in MICE 2018.
I am a firm believer in self-motivation and motivating others so that we can live in a world that is moving forward and reaching great heights. I am generally the ear that listens and the voice that creates a positive mind set for everyone in my life. I have a passion for motivating my community members, colleagues, family, and friends through their daily struggles in life.
I would like to use what I have learnt over the years and what I continue to learn to assist with youth development within the events and activations industry. I am already actively achieving my goal to develop the youth by guiding and training them when required.
The reason for my dreams and goals has been influenced by my previous life circumstances. Since the age of 12, I have worked towards financially assisting my parents at home who have passed on at my ages of 18 & 22. My parents became terminally ill and were unable to take up full time professions. Despite the hardship, we lived our lives contentedly and with love. Therefore, I have been motivated to practice hard work, perseverance, and determination. I have discovered that these characteristics do not weaken any individual, but rather gives strength.

By making reference to this quote by Albert Einstein, I believe that if some of the successful individuals such as myself would get involved in motivating the youth to accomplish their dreams, we would create hope for a better future for the youth in our country.
