Management Accountant / Business Analyst / Finance (Costing n Budgeting) Executive

Direct & indirect reporting to senior management, Decision making on their behalf, Financial Vetting, Financial & Variance Analysis & Financial Planning of Potential New Businesses / Existing Projects, Pricing of Proposals, getting their approvals from the management, Project Appraisals for new businesses, & processing Legal Agreements & Maintenance Contracts. o processing Business Analysis Forms (BAFs), Internal & External reports, Procurement Forms & comparison of One time & Monthly Recurring Costs with Revenues, breakdown of cost/expenditure into functions & processes to facilitate cost control at each operational level & evaluating actual with standards. o Preparing Capital Expenditure Forms, analysing Cost & Revenue impacts, making Rebate Sheets by calculating Cost & Profit Margin on each client, Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Product Costing & Budgeting of various services provided to clients along with coordinating & facilitating Account Managers to finalize the cost per Corporate Customer. o Assisting Financial Reporting & Budget preparation . o SAP Internal Projects (ZIPJ) & External Orders (ZEPJ) Budgeting modules (KO01, KO02, KPF6), Corporate Accounting Management software, Business Cycle Report (BCR) & daily CAM Status Report. o To analyse Corporate Account Receivables Reports, Reconciliation of all A/R & A/P (Costs & Revenues) posted in SAP, Penalty Deduction sheets, Profitability calculation sheets, Monthly Recurring Charges Report (MRC Sheet of customers), Feasibility Reports for new projects, NPV, Payback Period, Cash Inflow & Outflows, Discounting, negotiations, (A/R & A/P Software) o Dealing with Claims & Credit Notes, Revenue Assurance, ensuring Profit maximization & Minimization of losses, compiling various financial documents, & recording & maintaining customers’ data. preparation of Feasibility Reports & forecasts, identification of areas of leakages/wastages & inefficiencies. o training of employees and many other duties
