I had a lot of suitcases and was leaving Austin for a wedding. The Allegiant counter staff eased my concerns regarding baggage fees and constraints. They were quite considerate and assisted me with repackaging a bit to prevent overcharges. They were all grinning, and the process was brief. In the best way conceivable, it wasn't what I had anticipated from a low-cost carrier.
