About

I am in my 3d year towards a BA in Political Science and International Relations. I learn languages quite easily and quickly. My multilingual and multicultural background makes me unique. I was born in Italy and later moved to Syria, only to move back to Italy a couple of years later. As a teenager, I discovered my talent for languages. Thus, I attended the Language High School (Liceo Linguistico) where I took French and Spanish for five consecutive years. After high school, I moved to Istanbul, Turkey. Currently, I am enrolled in Istanbul Aydin University and I'm working on my Turkish. Having moved to so many places in such a short span of time made me an open-minded, strong, and independent person. I can easily build connections. I thrive in intercultural and international environments. I have strong and effective communication skills. Also, I am a very responsible and conscientious person.

I am currently volunteering at HumanAid, a digital community that creates solutions for immediate aid through raising campaigns and other activities. I work there as a partnerships manager. As a team, we work on finding the right strategies to attract partners. I personally am in charge of email templates and other writing content related to reaching out to partners. At HumanAid, we do bi-weekly meetings where we discuss current and future strategies and decide together on tasks to get the job done.
