Im currently working in Business Processing Outsourcing as a Dental Billing Specialist and Admin support for Dental company. My main task here is posting payments through RCM, checking eligibility of the patient’s insurance through online or by calling them. I had also special project on RCM by changing the providers name, and coordinators, and also requesting for Insurance claims. I had also a special project by uploading x-rays in Dentrix. I have also background in Customer service and collections in Fedex Freight for 3 years. Hopefully it will help a lot. Thank you
