I am proficient in using a variety of customer support tools and platforms such as Zendesk, Slack, Jira, Asana, Notion, Freshdesk, Salesforce, Facebook, Instagram, and Discord to streamline and improve the customer support experience. I am comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs. In addition, I am committed to providing exceptional service and continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience through feedback and data analysis.
