About
My name is Susan Remo. I graduated from the University of Cebu with an Associate Degree in Tourism and worked as a market researcher at Dynata Company. As a researcher, I used to inquire about people's thoughts and opinions on different topics, including consumer perspectives and issues of public interest. My job was to gather information about individuals' experiences and beliefs in order to assist organizations in understanding their target audience. The job was a difficult one as it required being convincing and assertive while adhering to creative strategies to persuade people to answer questions, which can be time-consuming and frustrating. Sometimes, people would decline to answer, preferring not to share their views which could be due to their lack of interest, time constraints, or other reasons. In such cases, I respected their privacy and moved on. Emotional intelligence is critical in this profession since different people possess varied personalities, emotions, and perceptions. Therefore, it was crucial to listen to them carefully and analyze their perspective to gain more insight and knowledge. Being on both sides of the interviewing table, I found the work stimulating and rewarding. I'm an enthusiastic social media manager who excels at creating captivating stories and fostering lively online communities. With a proven track record of increasing followers and enhancing engagement rates, I assist brands in establishing meaningful connections with their audiences. From implementing unique hashtag campaigns to analyzing data, I thrive in the ever-evolving world of social media. Join me as I navigate the exciting realm of social media marketing.
