This role involves direct participation in cryptocurrency trading processes, including monitoring, executing, and assisting in the optimization of trades. Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of spot crypto trades across centralized and decentralized exchanges.
- Monitor trading activity, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of transactions.
- Support senior traders in analyzing trade performance and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Record and maintain transaction data for reporting and compliance.
- Collaborate with mentors and the operations team to improve trading efficiency.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency markets and trading principles.
- Familiarity with centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience
- No prior professional experience in crypto required — training and mentorship are provided.
- Background in finance, economics, or IT is a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous experience with digital wallets or basic trading is desirable.
