We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Support Specialist will provide administrative support and assistance with various HR functions to ensure efficient operation of the HR department. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. Prepare job postings and assist with posting vacancies on job boards and social media platforms. Conduct initial screenings of candidates and coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback. Assist with new hire onboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientations. Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate. Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. Assist with HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and benefits administration. Coordinate HR events and meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistical arrangements. Assist with payroll processing and other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role. Solid understanding of HR practices and procedures. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems. High degree of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications: HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus. Experience with ADP, Workday, or other HR software systems. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
