About the Role
IMPORTANT: This is a high-impact, strategic execution role for experienced Operations Managers. This is not a support role. This is ownership.
We are a fast-growing, highly profitable 9-figure e-commerce company operating in a fast-paced environment where execution, structure, and systems are critical.
We move fast, scale aggressively, and need someone who can build order inside complexity.
We are looking for a high-level Operations Manager (COO-type profile) to act as the right hand to the CEO and take ownership of internal operations, systems, and team performance across multiple departments.
This role is about turning strategy into execution, building systems, managing teams, and making sure everything runs efficiently.
What You Will Own
Operations & Systems
Build, improve, and optimize internal processes across teams.
Create systems that allow the company to scale efficiently.
Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks and solve them proactively.
Implement tracking systems (dashboards, reporting, automations) across our platforms.
Execution & Team Performance
Work across teams and functions to ensure operations run efficiently through systems and structure.
Manage and overview different departments and their managers
Partner Management
Manage relationships with service providers (software, tools, agencies, platforms).
Ensure partners deliver results and meet expectations.
Negotiate, improve, or replace providers when needed.
What We Are Looking For
Strong experience as an Operations Manager, COO, or similar role.
Experience in e-commerce or fast-paced online businesses.
Proven ability to build systems, processes, and teams.
Experience managing teams across different departments (not just individual contributors).
Strong understanding of KPIs and performance tracking.
High ownership and execution mindset.
Ability to operate without constant supervision.

Compensation
$5,000–$10,000/month depending on experience
