We are seeking a skilled and dependable Software Engineer to join our growing remote team. This role is open to U.S.-based only and offers flexible scheduling with competitive hourly compensation.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems
Communicate progress and blockers during U.S. business hours
Required Qualifications
Must be currently based in the United States
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (W-2 or 1099 eligible)
Strong experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or similar)
Familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with U.S.-based teams or clients
Familiarity with agile or sprint-based development workflows
