The company is growing and we are opening a competition for the position of Team Leader.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them
Managing employee performance, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
Managing work schedules and overtime hours for the team, making sure that all shifts are covered
Monitor call volume; prioritize and distribute workload for the team
Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction.
The fixed rate is 30,000 rupees + bonus
Work schedule - 5 working days and 2 days off.
Days off are not fixed, wishes are taken into account
Working hours - 9 hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m
The average salary: $500-700 per month
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6 months of experience in a similar position, experience in sales and knowledge of what a call center is and how it works
- Team management experience
- Coaching and communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a contact centre environment as a Team Manager
- Experience within customer services
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
- Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
- Energetic and motivating individual
- Creative thinking
