Ajna aims to provide zero personal bias, absolute transparency, and holistic profiles for efficient hiring and onboarding. The journey started in 2019 when the client's objective was to build an enterprise solution to simplify job hiring, onboarding, and human resource management.
Who knew back then that we'd create an exceptional product capable of disrupting the HR industry. However, with scalable architecture and an open mind, while keeping the flexibility options in mind, we developed the next-gen recruitment software for our forward-thinking client from the ground up.
We successfully delivered the enterprise software in the first phase custom-built to suit the client's unique requirements.
In the second phase, we diligently worked to scale it to a subscription-based model, which is publically available online. And then finally to the SaaS-based model, which is the third phase of the project that we are currently working on.
Ajna is a customized, algo-based unbiased recruitment software that allows companies to hire just the right resources according to their requirements.

To describe it in a line, we'd say Ajna is the next-gen unbiased recruitment software - simplified and transparent. It comes with features like unbiased matching, workflow transparency, holistic candidate profiles, smart scheduling, timesheet management, and much more. The objective was to create a platform that allows companies to find ideal candidates without spending too much time shuffling resumes. Additionally, the list of objectives included automated interview scheduling for quick and easy onboarding.
