The Client requested to utilise the plan, sort out tight bathroom and reduce corridor areas. The task was challenging as the apartment is in the 4 story residential building and plumbing must not be changed.
One of the requests was to relocate kitchen as the client wanted it to have natural light where, in current plan it doesn't.
The project is ongoing.
