Project Description Project Title: Club Membership Attendance Management System Scope and Purpose: The system streamlines attendance for club members, ensuring secure, accurate records. It also manages the member database, allowing administrators to add, update, and delete members. Audience: The primary users are club members registering their attendance and administrators managing member records. Functionalities: Login Page with Dynamic Password: The app features a secure login with a password that changes for each session, provided to members on arrival to prevent unauthorized access. Member Registration and Attendance Tracking: Members enter their unique "Key Number" to register. The app searches the database and records their attendance by copying their details from one Google Sheet to another. Member Database Management: Administrators can add, update, and delete member information to maintain an accurate database. QR Code Integration: A QR code simplifies access, allowing members to scan and quickly reach the registration page.
