Automatic detection and classification of melanoma skin cancer using deep learning

The project is related to my thesis for the completion of degree of MPhil. I used labelimg tool to annotate the interested region which is lesion then segment the lesions using Deeplab. The segmented lesions are classified into binary classes as benign and melanoma with accuracy of 97%
