As a subcontractor of suspended ceiling material supplier, over than 300k m2 construction material supply and delivery has been managed. This management process includes technical info meetings and seminars to ministry, main contractor, subcontractors for installation and project bid process, pricing strategies with CEO of our own firm and after winning of bidding, contract negotiations, logistic planning, delivery supervision and payment complition. I have reported to CEO directly and teamed up with different segments within our firm and main contractor's for successful service.
