Canada Bradsource & MEGA Group Catalog Integration

This was a POS Catalog integration for Canadian brandsource and MEGA Group. This was similar to an E-Commerce Integration except that the orders are fulfilled and completed within the POS Software. This also provided automated pricing, stock, vendor options, etc. I deployed and implemented the first couple of customers and monitored until I was confident that the process was sufficient. Before I started to create documentation and FAQs along with the SOP and provided training to the support team. I continued to provide high-level escalation to this integration and provided feedback to engineering to meet customers business needs.
