Canada Global Payments Migration

This project was started and completed in 2022. A new payment solution needed to be implemented for our Canadian merchants. All departments were heavily involved and while a Project Manager was tasked to spearhead this whole migration project. I was tasked to manage the critical part of the migration and that was to convert PCI Data to Payment Tokenization. All technical representatives were tasks a list of customers to run the routine and train customers in a timely manner and with less downtime.
