Casa Alvaro

Casa Alvaro is a project located in Mexico City, on one of the most important roads, Periferico. I t is designed thinking about the land uses have a low water consumption, with the mandatory recycl ing of water. Likewise, the housing uses more capacity, which is that pays the mitigation costs and provide development solutions for the area. The average cost of the area is from $ 9,000,000 to $18,000,000 mexican pesos in a 300m2 housing project, the project consists of 311m2 and will have a value of $ 16,000,000.
