During peak periods such as Easter, Mother’s Day, and Christmas we will continue to create bespoke content hubs with relevant, seasonal material to inspire customers and encourage them to buy what they need from their CityStars Mall. We also recognise that email is a direct line to existing and prospective customers and helps to improve customer retention, trust, and increase conversion rates. Our email engagement is driven through smart targeting and relevant content. We distribute a monthly email newsletter to our vast shopper database of engaged subscribers, and a regular email newsletter to centre retailers.
