Customer Service Management
Customer service is the supply chain management process that represent the
company’s face to the customer. Customer support executives are the ones who are
responsible for leaving a positive or negative impact on your customers to a large
extent. They are the ones to communicate with customers on a daily basis and are
vested with the responsibility to help solve customer’s query.
“Customer Management System Software” maintains customer service records
and timely access to accurate information to those who require the information.
The major responsibility for me is to design the system architecture according to the
requirements. Understanding the client requirement is first and foremost task.
