he Islamic village of Al-Qasr .. a unique example of Islamic antiquities, the first to receive the Islamic tribes in the oases in the year 50 AH, and it has the remains of a mosque from the first century AH, and it flourished in the Ayyubid era, and it was the capital of the oases, and its name is attributed to the palace of the ruler. As it represents the only remaining model of Islamic cities and civil architecture in the Ottoman era, and the city is distinguished for its large number of construction texts and historical documents, which are an important source for learning about the history of this important village. mission : to keep the fabric of the village in its current original form and use, allowing changes (also in functions) which will keep the village alive.in light of economic, environmental, tourism and urban problems, all architectural means were used to revive the city and restore the original culture to its inhabitants . vision : adopting a new method of heritage preservation, which is the re-recruitment of the city and its display in its independent entity through its investment, re-employment and its neighborhoods within the city entity . taking into account the economic, social and environmental dimension of the urban heritage to reach a sustainable heritage environment capable of preserving its composition, characteristics and identity . Developing the environment surrounding the heritage environment and creating new jobs that help develop the heritage environment and increase economic and tourism activity.
