Mozak.hr is the platform connects patients, family medicine doctors, neurologists, and researchers. Its main purpose is to enable patients to self asses their symptoms through questionnaires and learn if there is a need for Neurologic appointment - thus reducing the number of unnecessary or faulty appointments. After the assessment patient is informed about the possibility of his potential for neurological illness and, based on a result directed to the right expert. Medicine doctors can use the same platform to get an appointment with a neurologist for the patient. Researchers can find educational materials and questionnaires that support their work. This project was done to battle the coming challenges for the Croatian health system in the field of neurology that are direct results of COVID19, by digitizing and simplifying the process of getting the appointments for patients and unburdening neurologists by avoiding unnecessary appointments.
