This react-based project is used to manage daily business activities in a software house. For example, a manager can manage his/her employees' activities like leaves, clients, projects, invoices, daily check-ins, daily status, work logs, joining dates, etc. In the same manner, an employee can see his work logs, leaves, check-ins etc JavaScript is the primary language used in this project because React & Node are based on JavaScript. The reason to choose the JavaScript stack is to have one language knowledge both on front-end & backend Authentication has been done using google auth. I've used reactstrap/react-bootstrap to have some useful built-in UI components. Moreover, I'm the team lead of this project. I manage my team in a very professional way so that our collaboration enhances work productivity. I keep my & my team's morale high by keeping myself in touch with them and I often discuss with them their goals. There are some more features that are being worked on. These include payslip generation, events management, funds module, custom invoice builder, a fingerprint scanner in attendance module, integration with Jira, GitHub, and other platforms, enhancements in leaves module, etc. I'm very good at PR reviews especially in react code. I encourage my teammates to follow code standards. Basically, this is our in-house product so we consider it as our learning playground. We assess our skills here by putting ourselves under some hard deadlines things so that our abilities can be tested out. We do retrospective meetings on regular basis to evaluate our performance and the areas in which we should improve things to have a better professional experience.
